We currently ship within India only.

Orders are generally processed after successful order confirmation/payment. Processing times may vary during weekends, public holidays, launches, promotions or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where tracking is available through our delivery partner.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on your location, courier availability and other logistical factors. Any delivery timeframe shown at checkout or communicated to you is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and contact number.

Please review your information carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us immediately. We will try to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

FAILED DELIVERY

If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unavailable recipient, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts or another issue attributable to the information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives visibly damaged, leaking, opened or tampered with, please take photographs or a video of the package and contact us promptly.
