We started Amilo Bites because we couldn't find a snack that truly nailed that chatpata flavour. Everything on the shelf tasted familiar, but nothing had the perfect balance of tang, spice, and just the right touch of sweetness.

So, we decided to make it ourselves.

We kept experimenting until every bite had the balance we were looking for. Tangy enough to make you reach for another, spicy enough to keep things exciting, and just enough sweetness to bring it all together.

Inspired by the bold street-side flavours of Nepal, where chatpata isn't just a taste but a part of everyday life, we created a snack that brings that same unforgettable experience to every bite.
